A Level, BTEC & GCSE Results, Support & Post Results Services
Results
All results are released to students through their college portal.
A Level, AS and BTEC results will be released to students at 8.30am on Thursday 17th August 2023
GCSE results will be released to students at 8.30am on Thursday 24th August 2023
Save a pdf version of your results onto a personal device, or print a hard copy of your results, as your account on the college portal will be closed from Friday 29 September 2023. You may need to present your results when enrolling at university, further education college, or when starting a new job, so a printed copy is essential.
Support
Thursday 17th August (8.30am to 3.00pm) and Friday 18th August (9.00am to 3.00pm): Progression Guidance staff will be available to provide one to one support and guidance in LRC1 if you have specific queries about your progression or UCAS/Apprenticeship/Art Foundation/Employment applications.
Thursday 17th August (8.30am to 3.00pm): Divisional Directors will be available to respond to any subject/progression enquiries and provide support in LRC1.
If you are unable to come into College, or your enquiry is after Friday 19th August, please email progression@esher.ac.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we are able to.
To ensure the students who need support can access it, please only come to College if your support need is urgent and you have missed out on the conditions of your university or higher education firm offer.

Post Results Services
There are a range of services available if you wish to query a result or obtain exam scripts. All post results enquiries are dealt with by the Exam Office.
Post Results Services requests should be made and paid for via the student portal and are not available via email or over the telephone.
There are charges for all services and strict deadline dates, some very soon after the publication of results. All details of services, costs and deadline dates can be accessed in the link below:
Post Results Services Information 2023 UPDATED
If you require further information about results, please contact the Exam Office via postresults@esher.ac.uk. You must provide a personal email address for any communications with the College that go beyond the 29 September 2023.
Please be aware that there is a deadline for all services.
Certificates
Certificates will be issued by the exam boards in November 2023 and sent to your home address, as appears on the college database, by Recorded Delivery the same month. If your address changes after the end of term, please notify MIShelpdesk@esher.ac.uk as soon as possible to ensure your certificates will be delivered to the correct address.
Students who leave before the end of the academic year and no longer have access to the portal, will have results and certificates sent to them first class, to the latest address held on the college database.
