DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Full time – Permanent
This is an outstanding opportunity for a talented and experienced individual to join a friendly and supportive team and to make a significant contribution to the College’s continued success. This is a newly created position to further improve our already efficient HR provision.
This role provides you with a fantastic opportunity to lead a team to deliver key activities designed to create a high-performing environment in which both students and teachers can be at their best.
The Director of HR will lead and manage the work of the HR Department and provides advice, guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD qualification and will possess integrity, resilience and the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and external stakeholders.
This is a full-time, permanent post, 36 hours per week, throughout the year. The starting salary will be dependent on experience and will range between £61,814 to £65,983 per annum plus fringe area allowance of £1,147 (pay award pending).
